"I’ve just attended a self portrait course for women’s mental health with the lovely Elizabeth. The myself portrait project. I drew a self portrait whilst at the same time Elizabeth drew the same portrait of me.
I wasn’t sure what to expect but this isn’t just an art class - it’s a space to slow down, check in with yourself and reconnect in a really gentle, creative way.
Each session gave me the tools and encouragement to draw myself with kindness instead of judgement. It was less about ‘getting it perfect’ and more about exploring how I see myself. The process of drawing, reflecting and sharing (if you want to) felt so grounding and healing.
Elizabeth’s concise instructions, patience and general lovely nature made the course very enjoyable.

"I can’t even begin to explain how phenomenal Elizabeth is at what she does. She drew our first kiss live at our wedding in Haworth, and she blew us, and our guests away. I’d booked her as a surprise for my husband (who unfortunately caught onto the fact she was there before the ceremony - not her fault!!) but i don’t think i even expected the end result to look as good as it did. i would 100% recommend booking her!"
